Technopark "Black Cape"

OJSC “SURGUTNEFTEPROMSTROY” performed construction and installation works for large enterprises in the oil and gas industry. 

After the crisis of 2008, the company OJSC SURGUTNEFTEPROMSTROY was declared bankrupt.

This company owned industrial real estate with railways, on which the construction cargo received by rail was accepted for its own needs.

We bought this asset and began to provide the same services, but to other construction companies which required them.

Our clients were such companies as URSA Eurasia LLC (St. Petersburg, the largest producer of heat-insulating materials), Spetsneftegazstroy OJSC, Mantrak Vostok LLC (official representative of Caterpillar, supplier of wheeled and tracked tractor special vehicles).

In 2018 we sold this asset.
